Hey, everyone! Time for a well needed workout. After finishing midterms, and getting settled in to my new job I'm figuring out time slots that I can get my workouts in when I'm not studying or in class, or at work. One day in particular that I have off is Monday, so best believe it is used properly to get things done that I struggle with getting done during the week. Today, for some odd reason I wanted to wear my padded biking shorts to the gym instead of normal workout shorts. The main workout I wanted to do was ride the indoor bike, while studying for a quiz this week. I figured that I'd wear padded shorts, because i wasn't sure how long I would be riding.
