Am i the only person who doesn't agree with the masses of Topshop fairies.
Its easy fashion for people who can walk in and buy a whole outfit that has been picked out for them.
Wheres the fun of finding discrete unknown brands or clothing you know no-one else has?
I was in Topshop once and saw a whole rack of rolled up jeans.
i thought "oh there are some ready made rolled up jeans."
but no i soon discovered one of the shop assistants had gone around and rolled up all the jeans, as if to
"this is how you will wear your jeans this season"
That was the moment i gave up on the Topshop dream - a shop which i should predominantly love.
Don't get me wrong they produce some great clothes, the Topshop Unique range is very enjoyable but i like variety and i find shopping in charity/vintage shops (which most are basically glorified charity shops :)) or even making my own clothes is more rewarding in the long-run.

So after that long speech :S
What are your thoughts?
Feel free to burn me and show me the error of my ways :)

Their clothes are really badly sized - the size 8 clothes on a size 8 girl will fit perfectly, but every size up fits horribly. As a 10/12 in every other shop, I have to buy 14/16 in Topshop.

Also, it could just be the one nearest to me, but all their clothes smell like Salt & Vinegar crisps.

No. Im not going to delete my post. Most of the things i typed in there are my true opinions--the others when i was going back and forth with some girl --i had smoked some weed and was bored and im not going to delete my opinions just because it displeases somebody else, so no thanks.

I like topshop but the quality of clothes does not match the price, like really thin dresses are £50
and rip easily, so not worth it!

thank you so much! youve actully saved my life. I always thought i was the only person against topshop. everyone was all ''its just a shop, lotty'' but its not just a shop! H&M and Zara - they present you with an item thats pretty simple and let you do what you wish wish it - Topshop is just soo... anal. Its like it looks on websites like Lookbook, or at fashionale celebrities - and just takes indervidial clothing and makes it mainstream. i hate it. i hate it hate it hate it.

i dont like topshop. although i only like some of their stuff but not all.. I'm a big fan of zara coz they sell some stuff that are sort of affordable for me in trf. its like made for a 15 year old like me.. i like h&m even though theres no h&m here in the philippines. :( I saw a lot of people here in LB wearing H&M and i think it looks really good.

I love topshop, but I also love the feeling of finding something amazing in a charity shop, and tbf, Urban Outfitters is better.
However I don't think the price tag is right on anything from topshop, its turned into a brand, like chanel, but for the working class.

everything is simply so perfect in there, I could only hope to afford it,
I know people completely overwear the things in there, but maybe thats what the brand TOPSHOP UNIQUE was created for
not many people can pull it off, If they brought down the price just a tad everything would be lush
but then think about how even more unoriginal everything would be cos everyone could afford it, I do love how they actually get the sizes correct
they get it close enough to perfection, primark i range from a size 6-16 D: even though I'm a 10 new look size 8-14 and only H&M ,Topshop and Urban Outfitters get it right!

here in Russia it's too expencive taking into account quality of the clothes. Also it looks "over-fashioned" and scares common people by its extravaganza. I personally don't like it, my friends either. And Russians, as far as I'm concerned, prefer buying clothes in somewhere like Guess or Armany Jeanes, Banana Republic or at least Zara... as it costs the same here.
